Yet another postcard junkie!

"Hellò, I'm xxxx from Italy, on september I sent you a card but maybe you're never received. Please register my id number: IT xxxx and mail me your address so I can send you my card again. Thanks in advance and happy postcrossing. xxxx.
p.s.Happy New Year.">> (I masked private data)

It seems a little bit queer - while a card is not registered, the user can see my address and doesn't need to ask me about it. On the other hand, this message obviously says: if you register my ID, I send a new card, if no - ... Three months of standby and after it - a message like this? I can't understand this position.

So what would you do in my place?

Hello everyone,
I'd like to make an apology for anyone who's sent me a postcard in the last couple of months and hasn't recieved one back. Things have been crazy around here (but lets be honest, when are they not!) and I've also run out of postcards to send and haven't gotten around to buying more. I'd like to thank everyone who's sent me one (especially our lovely khaki who sent a wonderfully thoughtful Christmas card) and say that as soon as I get more everyone who is owed one will be getting one, I promise! Thanks for your understanding.

Finally I found a community with people who adore classical postcards&letters as much as I!
My real passion is postcard shopping, I have plenty of this stuff in my table boxes, haven't known what to do with all of them. BUT just till this moment!

Sooooo... Anyone wants to recieve a piece of winter Russia in his mailbox, mm?

What do you think about the "revamped" format of Postcrossing Messages? I find this HTML-loaded design a bit difficult to read.

Is anyone else away from their postbox for the holidays? I live in halls of residence at uni which means I'm currently over 120 miles away from seeing if I have any postcards until January 4th and I'm struggling lol - esspecially as I have 5 on the way to me *twiddles thumbs*

I can still send out some postcards though I suppose - I got my very first address to China today. Though I'm also that far away from my scanner so I scanned a few random ones and will have to hope I have something that matches their requests!

It's not going to be fun if I get back to halls and find no postcards there lol!

...I have 9 cards to offer!

I have 6 Wanderlust postcards and 3 Anne Taintor cards available. I generally don't offer them to the first to respond because our group covers the world and not everyone is awake or online at the same time. So, I'll be selecting at random in 3-4 days, but based on your preference. If you wouldn't mind either, your name will be put in for both options!

I plan on sending them out between the holidays. Did anyone else on here ask for postcards and stamps as Christmas gifts?
